a. Electronics Permit (as Design Engineer and/or Installation Engineer. . .you should charge separately, and include inspection fee as in-charge of Installation)

b. Electronics Data Sheet (You should sign and seal every page, usually 3 to 4 pages in A4 size)

c. Technical Specifications (You should sign and seal every page, in A4 size, per page charging or lump sum, it’s up to you!)

d. Bill of Materials (no sample yet, normally per system charging or lump sum)

e. Specimen Signature (as Design Engineer and/or Installation Engineer)

f. Certificate of Completion (as Design Engineer and/or Installation Engineer)

  2. The Profession (Professional Electronics Engineer)
  3. PRC License Number
  4. Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) Number
  5. Date and Place of PTR
  6. Tax Identification Number
  7. IECEP Membership Number

You need to wait for your oath-taking as Professional Electronics Engineer before doing anything else. . .

Then, go to your nearest City or Municipal Hall to pay for Professional Tax Receipt (Note: This need to be renewed annually. A PTR is only valid until December 31 of the current year.)

This is the heart of the PECE upgrade application — The Significant Engineering Work. You need to prove, through this report, that you have performed significant managerial, supervisory or administrative functions as an Electronics Engineer (e.g. as Project Manager, as Project Designer, as Project In-Charge, as Team Leader, as Professor, as Department Chairman, as College Dean, and others) for at least two years out of seven or more years of practice.
